Posted on 24-Jan-2010 by Tom LaermansThe hard disks failed in both border0.nlams1 and border0.nlams2 a short while ago, nlams1 was still running but nlams2 was down for a few weeks. Both disks have been replaced and both routers are now up with an upgraded operating system. GN-IX peering and JointTransit IPv6 Transit are back.
border0.bebru1 reboot
---
Posted on 25-Dec-2009 by Tom LaermansDue to some high load from the rpd process border0.bebru1 was not responding very well (although still forwarding traffic) - this morning it rebooted itself due to loss of software watchdog, causing a reset of all FreeBIX peering sessions and some transit providers. Our redundant network setup covered the outage and the router came back nicely.
